AI Strategy · Transformation · Business Systems · Executive Leadership

I work at the intersection of business operations and artificial intelligence, helping organizations determine where AI creates real value, redesign how work gets done, and build the systems and products that make that transformation possible.

My perspective comes from operating businesses, leading teams, and owning the messy middle of transformation. I start with the business problem, decide honestly whether AI belongs in the answer, and then help design or build what is needed to make it real.

What I do

Advice is the easy part

Most organizations do not need another opinion about AI. They need someone who can look at how the business actually runs, find the places where AI changes the economics of the work, and then stay through the part where it gets built and adopted.

Strategy

  • Enterprise AI strategy and roadmaps
  • Opportunity identification and prioritization
  • AI governance and implementation planning
  • Executive strategy and organizational change

Systems

Things I’m Building

Products built from the same pattern as the consulting work: take data a business already has and turn it into something people can act on.

Knovaly

Active / Building

Revenue intelligence for HubSpot.

Knovaly reads the CRM data a company already has and surfaces the revenue signals that tend to stay buried in the database: dormant customers, rebooking and renewal windows, win-back candidates, and risk sitting in open pipeline. The idea is simple — most teams do not have a data problem, they have an attention problem.

AI & Business System Integrations

Work delivered inside operating businesses. Some engagements cannot be named publicly, so they are described by the problem and the system that solved it.

Multi-Location Operations Platform

Problem
A multi-location organization ran on disconnected tools. Reporting, customer data, and daily workflows lived in different places, and no location worked the same way twice.
Approach
Mapped how work actually moved through each location, separated the processes that needed to be standard from the ones that could stay local, and defined a single operating model everyone could follow.
Build
An integrated operating environment that consolidated workflows, customer records, reporting, and operational processes into one system.
Impact
Locations began working from shared definitions and shared data instead of separate spreadsheets and local habits.

AI Revenue Intelligence

Problem
Years of CRM history contained obvious revenue signals that nobody had time to look for manually.
Approach
Defined the revenue moments that actually matter — lapse, renewal, rebooking, win-back, stalled pipeline — and turned each into something a system could detect.
Build
Analysis layers on top of existing CRM data that surface opportunities and risks as prioritized, assignable work.
Impact
Revenue conversations shifted from guesswork and gut feel to a ranked list grounded in the company's own data.

Executive Reporting Automation

Problem
Leadership reporting was assembled by hand each cycle, which made it slow, inconsistent, and out of date by the time it was read.
Approach
Started from the decisions leaders were trying to make, then worked backward to the smallest set of numbers that actually informed them.
Build
Automated reporting workflows and executive dashboards that pull operational data into a consistent, decision-ready format.
Impact
Reporting became routine rather than a project, and meetings started from the same version of the numbers.

AI Workflow Integration

Problem
Teams spent significant time on repetitive administrative work that had accumulated over years without being examined.
Approach
Audited where the hours were going, identified the steps that were genuinely judgment-based, and redesigned the rest around AI and automation.
Build
Reworked processes with AI assistance embedded in the workflow, plus internal tools for the steps that needed a human in the loop.
Impact
Manual handling dropped and staff time moved toward work that required people.

Customer Lifecycle Automation

Problem
Leads and customers were handled inconsistently, and follow-up depended on who happened to remember.
Approach
Defined the lifecycle end to end, agreed on what each stage meant, and set the triggers that should fire at each transition.
Build
Automated lead and customer lifecycle flows with clear ownership, escalation, and reporting at every stage.
Impact
Follow-up became systematic rather than personal, and lifecycle data became reliable enough to act on.

AI-Assisted Knowledge Systems

Problem
Institutional knowledge lived in people's heads, scattered documents, and old message threads.
Approach
Identified the questions people asked most often, then structured documentation around those questions instead of around org charts.
Build
AI-assisted knowledge and documentation systems that keep answers findable and current as the business changes.
Impact
Onboarding and day-to-day answers stopped depending on interrupting the one person who knew.

Background

Executive Experience

Before this work centered on AI, it centered on operations. I have spent years running businesses, leading teams, rebuilding processes that had stopped working, and carrying transformation efforts through the part where people have to change how they do their jobs.

That background shapes how I evaluate AI. I have sat with the reporting that nobody trusts, the CRM that everyone works around, and the tool rollout that quietly failed six months in. It makes me skeptical of technology that only performs well in a demo, and useful when the question is whether a change will survive contact with a real team.

Today that experience runs in two directions: advising and building with organizations through A.G.E. AI Partners, and developing software products through Andrea Grace LLC. Both benefit from the same habit of starting with how the business actually operates.

I am open to conversations about senior AI transformation, strategy, operations, Chief of Staff, and Future of Work leadership roles, as well as advisory engagements through A.G.E. AI Partners.
